It is Marasmius oreades which is edible, but you only eat the hat. It usually grow in big circles called fairy rings.

There are many of these on the lawn near the sea. The size is very small, look like the old 5 kroner coin size.
So you mean it is better not to eat them, since maybe this is another kind of poisonous mushroom? There are many people jogging around this area but no one picked them yet.
