In any forest-like environment you’ll be able to find them.

Maybe someone has some more detailed tips for David?
I don’t think that helped him very much.

I know that it’s possible to find mushroom in very small forests.
Maybe there is a jogging track nearby?
It doesn’t need to be a big forest to find well tasting mushrooms.

Just make sure that they are not poison one!!!
There are some deadly poisonous mushs in Sweden.
White ones are difficult to identify for beginners.
Get a book with information and pictures and stay with the ones you are 100% sure about.

If you go by bus to the forest areas around Täby and Åkersberga, or even better further up towards Norrtälje, I’m sure you won’t be dissappointed :-) Good luck!
