The white layer will be a ring on the stem on older mushrooms

Sounds great, thanks a lot! Wow, this is actually a new type of mushroom I didn’t know before.
So only the white layer (half broken one) should be removed, all the other parts of this mushroom can be eaten? Is it to cook with butter?

I think they mean the hat skin needs to be removed before cooking! (it’s slippy)
